Finance Analyst

Overview

In this role you join the Real Assets Finance team to deliver financial insight and robust planning across real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, and platforms. You will partner with investment and finance stakeholders to support planning, forecasting, and control, while contributing to a developing real assets business. You’ll work on management information, valuation cycles, and liquidity monitoring to help drive value and maintain strong financial discipline. This is a chance to grow across diverse real assets areas in a globally active asset manager with a sustainability focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management information, data tables, and commentary
• Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and data quality checks
• Support planning, forecasting and the 5-year financial planning process
• Review asset and investment performance against forecast and underwriting expectations
• Support the bi-annual asset valuation cycle
• Monitor liquidity requirements and assist with payment and documentation processes
• Maintain a strong financial control environment across reporting and data processes
• Build relationships with finance, investment, and business stakeholders

Key requirements

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, ideally; near-qualified considered
• Strong accounting, financial planning and analysis knowledge, including IFRS
• Confident Microsoft Excel skills with modelling and finance data
• Experience producing high-quality financial analysis, reports or papers
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication style
• Financial services or asset management experience helpful but not essential
• Knowledge of Onestream, Anaplan or Tableau would be useful
