PLM Business Transformation Manager

Overview

As PLM Solution Lead, you will steer the end-to-end deployment of a PLM platform to enable major nuclear projects. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, align data, workflows and engineering processes, and drive adoption across engineering and digital transformation functions. The role blends hands-on delivery with stakeholder management to shape the lifecycle of complex infrastructure programmes. Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end PLM deployment scope, data models, workflows and integrations
• Lead PLM development from prototype to deployment readiness
• Coordinate functional specs, testing and QA with internal teams and vendors
• Spearhead programme delivery including scope, roadmaps and stakeholder alignment
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering PLM and digital engineering capabilities
• Ensure alignment across engineering, configuration management and digital transformation
• Incorporate lessons learned from major nuclear projects into PLM design and delivery
• Support business transformation, user adoption and training for PLM

Key requirements

• Proven leader of Agile teams delivering digital deployments on complex infrastructure projects
• Ability to coordinate complex stakeholder networks across Client and Tier 1 suppliers
• Strong expertise in PLM systems and configuration management tools, ideally Dassault 3Dx
• Deep understanding of engineering processes and end-to-end configuration management
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams in technical delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to operate across technical and business domains within large organisations
• Experience applying lessons learned from major infrastructure or nuclear projects
• Extensive experience across engineering design and delivery lifecycle processes
