In this role you will steer complex real estate transactions within a nationally recognised Leeds practice, supporting high-profile developers, asset managers, and investors. You will lead multi-party, cross-border acquisitions and disposals, advise on landlord and tenant matters, and manage portfolios while mentoring junior lawyers. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex real estate transactions
- Coordinate multi-party and multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and disposals
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management
- Collaborate with clients in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team’s growth
- Work with diverse sectors including retail, hospitality, leisure, and strategic land
Key requirements
- 6+ years PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong academic background and top-tier firm training
- Proven experience in real estate investment transactions
- Experience mentoring or managing junior lawyers
- Landlord and Tenant experience
