Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance of commercial heating and cooling systems
• Perform reactive fault finding and repairs in large plant rooms
• Travel across London to service sites
• Utilise company van and fuel card to access sites and equipment
• Ensure compliance with gas and refrigerant handling requirements

Key requirements

• Strong technical background in HVAC
• Holding Commercial Gas Certificates and Fgas
• Electrical qualifications would be a major bonus
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong plant room knowledge
• Willingness to travel into London
