Inbound & Customs Compliance Manager – International

Overview

In this role you will govern inbound freight and customs compliance across an international warehouse network, ensuring efficient, compliant, on-time goods movement. You’ll translate complex shipment and customs data into actionable insights to support stock availability and the wider supply chain transformation. You will work with global, cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and drive data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and analysis of inbound stock movements to identify risks, trends and actions for availability across international markets
• Monitor shipment and purchase order milestones to maintain visibility and compliance
• Drive customs compliance governance across overseas warehouse network and manage risks
• Produce clear performance reporting and insights for operational and commercial decision-making
• Partner with International Freight Operations and stakeholders to resolve issues, improve data quality and optimise stock flow

Key requirements

• Strong supply chain, logistics and inbound operations experience in international retail or multi-market environments
• Good understanding of international freight, customs compliance, freight documentation and overseas warehouse inbound processes
• Proven ability to analyse operational data and translate insights using Power BI, Excel or similar tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with risk anticipation and escalation when needed
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across global teams
