Senior Site Manager (Mixed-use Development) | 55,000 – 60,000 + package | Milton Keynes | Permanent

Overview

In this role you will supervise a large, new-build mixed-use development in Milton Keynes, comprising 140 residential units, a retail outlet, courtyards and roads. You will report to a Project Manager and lead on-site teams to deliver the project from inception to completion. The position requires a proven track record with a reputable main contractor and the ability to manage multi-phase delivery on a £28m scheme. You will travel daily to site and uphold safety, quality and programme commitments. Responsibilities

• Oversee the mixed-use development on site, including residential units, retail outlet, courtyards and roads
• Lead and motivate full site teams to deliver works from inception to completion
• Ensure project aligns with programme, budget and quality targets
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other stakeholders to maintain safety and compliance
• Travel to Milton Keynes daily to manage on-site activities
• Maintain site safety, quality standards and documentation
• Support delivery of phases 1–5 within RC frame and traditional construction methods
• Engage in ongoing site leadership and issue resolution

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering similar schemes for a reputable main contractor
• Experience delivering RC frame and traditional construction methods
• Ability to travel to Milton Keynes daily
• First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
• Strong man management skills
