Automation Test Analyst- Putney (Southwest London)

In this role you will ensure quality across our fintech front-office lending solution by designing and executing tests within a QA framework. You will work closely with development teams to create test scripts, analyze requirements, and report results, helping to drive defect resolution. A focus on test automation and agile practices will shape our testing roadmap and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities

• Design, execute and record tests according to the QA framework
• Analyze requirements and specifications to guide test design and priority
• Create test scripts aligned to release and project scope
• Develop test plans using standard design techniques
• Execute tests and document results in VSTS / Microsoft Test Manager
• Log and track defects in VSTS / YouTrack and follow up on issues
• Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to test analytics
• Contribute to the Test Automation roadmap and collaborate with Test Automation Engineers
• Execute Test Automation scripts and present results for sign-off

Key requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating test scripts and performing functional testing
• 1+ years of experience with Selenium or similar test automation tools
• Basic SQL query writing skills
• Proactive learner with ability to grasp new business requirements
• Enthusiasm for technology and finance
• Experience with Visual Studio Team Services / Team Foundation Services
• ISTQB Foundation level or prepared to qualify
