Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the trading platform
• Monitor development activities and change management tickets
• Monitor US production, disaster recovery, and certification systems for issues
• Assist build team to resolve build/deployment issues
• Handle Jira tickets assigned to DevOps
• Conduct capacity planning
• Manage operational batch processing

Key requirements

• Experience in a technical operations support role
• Linux experience
• High level of proficiency in Python, SQL and UNIX shell scripting
• Systems administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Desire to learn securities business and Cboe technology
