Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at DTCC, you will lead analysis efforts for operational readiness and client-impacting change initiatives within Enterprise Client Operations. You will bridge stakeholders, data, and technology to ensure clear requirements, design, and delivery-ready insights that enable successful outcomes. You’ll independently drive BA work for defined initiatives, coordinating with project leads and stakeholders to keep analysis outputs aligned with delivery goals. Responsibilities

• Lead BA delivery for operational readiness and client-impacting initiatives, owning analysis outputs, documentation, and client-tracking capabilities
• Plan and manage analysis activities including data needs, stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Coordinate data acquisition and validation, perform quality checks, and ensure usable datasets
• Develop client tracking capabilities (analysis, datasets, progress views, reports) to support transparency and delivery control
• Translate and document requirements between Technology, Product, ECO, and operational stakeholders
• Complete Operations Impact Assessments and identify operational readiness deliverables
• Maintain JIRA delivery information for BA tasks and status updates
• Lead operational process design with end-to-end process mappings and role definitions
• Lead UAT activities, coordinating operational users and evidencing outcomes
• Act as coordination point for BA workstreams and ensure alignment on outputs and next steps
• Escalate risks and dependencies with clear recommendations
• Contribute to BA practice improvements to reduce manual effort and improve data quality

Key requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience in business analysis, data analysis, project delivery, and operational readiness
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus
• Financial Services industry experience preferred
• Business analysis certifications such as BCS, IIBA CCBA/CBAP, or equivalent
