Personal Lines Insurance Broker – Jersey

Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of the company’s objectives by delivering strong customer service to clients while promoting personal insurance solutions. You will work to understand the personal insurance market and use sales and cross-selling techniques to obtain and retain business. A valid license is in place and relocation from Guernsey to Jersey is considered favorable. This position offers the chance to contribute to a team focused on service excellence and growth in a regulated environment.

Key requirements

• general knowledge of personal insurance theory and practice
• awareness of the current personal insurance market
• understanding of sales, cross-selling and negotiation
• registered license for the position
• strong academic A-levels in Mathematics and English (A–C)
• willingness to relocate from Guernsey to Jersey
