Responsibilities
- Lead client development and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage an own caseload across transactional property, disputes, planning and construction
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers
- Contribute to the department’s business plan and BD activity
- Deliver high-quality real estate work across a broad portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients
Key requirements
- 6+ years PQE in commercial property
- Proven track record of business development and client management
