As a Senior Associate in our Commercial Disputes team, you will support policyholders’ and insurers’ insurance coverage matters within a fast-growing, policyholder-focused practice. You’ll work across contentious and noncontentious insurance work, shaping coverage strategies and guiding clients through litigation and arbitration. The role sits in a collaborative, international firm with strong career development and exposure to high-profile clients. Responsibilities

• Provide coverage advice and advocacy for policyholders or insurers
• Manage coverage disputes through litigation or arbitration
• Contribute to noncontentious insurance advisory work and policy drafting/transactional insurance policies
• Advise on a broad spectrum of insurance issues with partner-level support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex insurance matters

Key requirements

• Commercial litigator with experience in insurance coverage advice for policyholders or insurers
• Experience in UK coverage litigation and/or arbitration
• Interest in developing noncontentious insurance advisory work
• Familiarity with multiple insurance classes (e.g., Cyber, D&O, E&O, Property, Energy, Casualty, Construction, W&I)
• Attention to detail and ability to provide concise, practical guidance
