Overview
In this role you drive effective education administration within a large, multifaceted Faculty. You will lead the Education team, oversee undergraduate, postgraduate taught and research programme administration, and ensure high-quality student and staff services. You will collaborate with professional services and senior academic leaders to improve processes and policy compliance. Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate taught and research programmes
- Manage a team of four, overseeing day-to-day operations and staff development
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with University and Divisional policies
- Collaborate with professional services and senior academic office holders
- Support students from application to degree conferral
- Build effective relationships with students and colleagues at all levels
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline administration across a large faculty
Key requirements
