Responsibilities

• Produce advice reports meeting business and regulatory standards with support team
• Work within budgets and practices to drive growth via new business
• Adhere to advisory framework and performance standards for compliant client outcomes
• Maintain competence through ongoing training and SPS with supervisor oversight
• Deliver ongoing services to existing fee-paying clients in a timely manner
• Demonstrate commitment to Treating Customers Fairly and good customer outcomes

Key requirements

• Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) from CII
• Good level of relevant industry experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comprehensive industry and technical knowledge
• Ability to work in a structured, efficient manner with support staff
• Chartered status (preferred)
• Pension Transfer Specialist qualification (advantage)
• Knowledge of Intelliflo (advantage)
