Overview

In this role you will drive high-end residential refurbishment and new build projects in South West London from groundworks to completion. You will lead site operations as No.1 on-site, ensuring top-quality finishes and strict safety standards. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate trades, and maintain thorough project documentation. Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations as the main site manager to drive projects to completion
• Oversee refurbishment works including basement excavation and groundworks
• Maintain health & safety compliance and accurate site paperwork
• Manage client-facing interactions and-presentations of site progress
• Coordinate subcontractors and site crew, ensuring quality and schedule adherence
• Ensure daily site operations align with company standards and client expectations

Key requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Experience as No.1 Site Manager for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Refurbishment and basement excavation experience essential
• Ideally exposure to new build from groundworks to completion
• Strong health & safety focus and documentation
• Presentable with strong client-facing skills
• Excellent man-management abilities
• Willingness to commute daily to South West London
