In this Management Consultant role, you will help National Security clients translate strategy into practical transformation across initiatives. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, diagnose issues, and drive data‑driven, value‑oriented solutions. You’ll work across transformation programs, using modern data practices and user‑centred approaches to deliver tangible outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects for National Security clients
• Advise, challenge and coach senior client stakeholders
• Develop deep understanding of client businesses and guide issue‑based discussions
• Build trust-based client relationships
• Apply root cause analysis to identify pragmatic, value‑driven solutions
• Frame opportunities with a human‑centred, collaborative approach
• Own streams of complex work delivering data‑driven outcomes
• Provide specialist guidance and coordinate with client leads and teams

Key requirements

• 2–5 years’ consulting experience in National Security
• Analytical problem‑solving and continuous improvement techniques
• Strategic thinking and ability to bring insights to complex problems
• Business Analysis
• Project Management
• Portfolio/Programme/Delivery Management
• Experience with data in design or delivery of consulting in National Security
• Experience with technology to design or deliver transformation in National Security
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience owning and managing leadership relationships (clients or internal)
• Trained in Agile, Prince2/Managing Successful Programmes, or Design Thinking
• Exposure to current technology (cloud platform or CRM)
• PowerPoint and Excel skills
