You will work within a nationally integrated practice on investments, acquisitions, asset management and redevelopment, contributing to high-profile mandates. Responsibilities
- Advise on investment sales, acquisitions, asset management and redevelopment projects.
- Support the growth of the Southampton Real Estate team and collaborate with partners and senior lawyers.
- Engage with a stellar client base including institutional investors, funds and property companies.
- Coordinate cross-office and multi-jurisdictional matters to deliver sophisticated transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to contribute to long-term team success.
Key requirements
- 6+ PQE in real estate or equivalent senior-level experience
- Proven track record in investment sales, acquisitions, asset management, and redevelopment
- Strong ability to work on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters
- Demonstrated client relationship skills and business development potential
