Overview
In this role you will support the Delivery Effectiveness Programme across a major nuclear infrastructure project, partnering with leadership and delivery teams to boost performance, productivity, and best-practice adoption. You will advise on governance, tools, and ways of working, and help teams navigate change as new frameworks and systems are rolled out. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven improvements, and measurable benefits, with a focus on organizational change and delivering complex projects at scale.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Delivery Effectiveness initiatives across multiple projects and workstreams
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to enhance performance, productivity, and outcomes
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional meetings to drive alignment
- Support adoption of new tools, processes, governance, systems, and ways of working
- Analyse programme performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities with actionable recommendations
- Produce reports, presentations, and communications to support programme delivery and decision-making
- Work with Project Managers, Project Controls, and functional leads to improve delivery effectiveness
- Support change management and embed new practices across the programme
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to governance, performance reviews, and programme reporting
Key requirements
- Understanding of project management and programme delivery principles
- Knowledge of project controls, reporting, planning, risk, and governance processes
- Understanding of business change, process improvement, and organizational adoption activities
- Awareness of delivery challenges in major infrastructure and construction programmes
- Knowledge of performance management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities
- Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Ability to influence discussions and guide teams toward positive outcomes
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
- Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience
- APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent desirable
