UX Designer , GOEST (Global Operations Enterprise Services – Tech)

Overview

In this role you own end-to-end UX for enterprise tools used by operators across a global footprint. You collaborate with engineering teams to shape complex workflows into simple experiences, enabling safer, faster, and more cost-effective operations. You’ll drive design through research, patterns, and hands-on prototyping, influencing the product suite at scale. This high-autonomy role combines field insights with design systems to impact real-world work across 50+ countries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design delivery for multiple concurrent projects (flows, wireframes, prototypes, specs)
• Facilitate design consultations and provide expert feedback on in-progress work
• Perform design QA to ensure implementation matches intent
• Build and maintain a domain-specific pattern library extending the design system
• Lead design office hours for guidance and feedback
• Conduct user research (shadows, interviews, usability tests) to validate decisions
• Contribute to cross-team experience strategy and long-term vision for a unified product suite
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences

Key requirements

• 3+ years of design experience
• Portfolio or samples showing end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile
• Experience designing and prototyping with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Experience delivering design solutions as a UX/interaction designer
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
