In this role you drive operational liquidity and working capital improvements for clients, leveraging advanced analytics and cross-disciplinary collaboration within EY’s liquidity practice. You will lead engagements, shape solutions, and communicate progress to clients and executives, building strong relationships and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver operational liquidity and working capital improvement engagements
• Contribute to business development and practice development in cash strategy
• Coordinate deliverables across EY disciplines within agreed timelines
• Manage client communications, progress updates, and issue escalation to leadership
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to identify new engagements
• Coach and guide junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities

Key requirements

• Minimum ten years of client-facing experience in a major accountancy, strategy firm, bank, or similar industry focus on cash and working capital

• Strong relationship-building and networking
• Clear and concise communication (written and oral)
• Leadership and coaching of junior staff
• Excel (strong technical capabilities)
• Analytics and AI awareness
• Data visualization tools (PowerBi, Qlik, Tableau, Spotfire)
