Overview

Senior Fund Accounting Manager at IQEQ leads high-quality accounting and financial reporting for a key fund client. Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and risk oversight for complex client structures
• Ensure regulatory compliance and embedding strong risk management practices
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships and support growth
• Lead the team to deliver accurate, timely financial accounting services
• Ensure adherence to company policies and escalate non-compliance promptly
• Inspire high-performing teams and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning

Key requirements

• Relevant professional qualification (ACCA/FCCA/CA(SA) or equivalent) with extensive fund services experience
• Strong technical knowledge of fund administration, laws, regulatory requirements, taxation, and best practices across jurisdictions
• Excellent analytical, numeracy, and IT skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders; strong relationship management and self-awareness
• Resilience and integrity in fast-paced environments; ability to manage workloads and support team through change; risk-aware mindset
