In this hybrid role you manage a profitable US Marine Fishing Vessel book, combining broker support with accountable client handling. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, handling Hull, Liability and MII matters while developing relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in London, 2 days from home) with competitive pay and bonus potential. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a profitable US Marine Fishing Vessel insurance book
• Provide broker back-up support and act as a market-facing point of contact
• Develop and maintain client relationships and service levels
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new business and cross-sell
• Coordinate with experienced colleagues on complex Hull, Liability and MII risks
• Represent the team in client meetings and use market knowledge to secure renewals
• Collaborate on learning from peers to enhance product knowledge and service delivery

Key requirements

• Experience handling Hull, Liability and MII insurance lines
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (London/remote)
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills
• Knowledge of marine insurance market dynamics
