Manager, Information Security, Productions

Overview

In this role you will operationalize the Information Security Productions program across SPE Intl productions, ensuring consistent security tools, controls, and reporting. You will deliver near real-time risk visibility through dashboards and work with cross-functional teams to embed security into creative workflows. You will drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of production security practices, supporting leadership with data-driven insights and compliance readiness. Responsibilities

• Provide visibility into Information Security risk across active international productions
• Monitor, analyze, and report on production security posture and control metrics
• Partner with global InfoSec, Risk, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Training, and Governance teams to align production needs with enterprise programs
• Prepare dashboards and reports on security trends, compliance status, and improvement opportunities
• Develop production-specific metrics and KPIs to measure control effectiveness
• Maintain security controls with IT and Physical Security to meet business goals
• Operationalise the Production Information Security Program across international productions
• Ensure consistent implementation of approved tools, policies, and workflows
• Coordinate adoption of automated controls (provisioning, watermarking, access telemetry)
• Support standardization and scalability of production security practices across titles and units
• Ensure and track production security culture, awareness, and readiness
• Amplify security training initiatives and track participation
• Gather feedback to refine training and awareness efforts
• Collaborate with Incident Response for timely corrective actions and communications
• Track readiness indicators to measure program maturity and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience across Information Security, IT, or production
• Strong understanding of technologies, tools, and workflows used in movie/TV production environments
• Knowledge of processes to protect confidential information across the production lifecycle
• Familiarity with Information Security frameworks and best practices (advantageous but not essential)
• Ability to develop, maintain and analyze meaningful metrics to measure programme effectiveness
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
