Overview

As Paid Media Lead, you shape performance marketing strategy across inMusic’s ecosystem and own end-to-end paid media initiatives. You’ll lead cross-channel planning, execution, and measurement to drive acquisition, conversion, and revenue. You’ll partner with brand, product, and analytics teams to scale effective practices and optimize the customer journey. This role is a bridge between data-driven insights and actionable campaigns, with a creator-first lens on how music audiences discover and buy products. You’ll help craft impactful, measurable growth for a global creator community.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute paid media strategies to support acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, and revenue goals across inMusic brands and digital properties
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and measure campaigns across paid social, search, display, video, and retargeting (web, shop, product-led journeys)
  • Own campaign performance reporting, test planning, forecasting, and optimization recommendations
  • Develop practical experimentation plans across audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages, funnel stages, attribution, and incrementality
  • Partner with brand, product marketing, content, creative, e-commerce, analytics, CRM, and web teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to scale repeatable paid media practices, tooling, reporting, and governance across the inMusic portfolio
  • Guide agencies, partners, or internal contributors to ensure campaign quality, priorities, and execution

Key requirements

  • Experience building and optimizing paid media programs across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, search, display, paid social, or retargeting platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with measurement frameworks, reporting tools, attribution models, A/B testing, incrementality concepts, and campaign-level data
  • Ability to translate performance insights into actionable plans to improve acquisition efficiency, revenue, conversion, retention, and ROI
  • Experience collaborating across marketing, web/e-commerce, analytics, creative, product, and external partners
  • Budget ownership or pacing experience with judgment on investment trade-offs and forecasting
  • Clear communication, attention to campaign quality, and ability to explain recommendations to both specialists and senior stakeholders
