• Contribute to deal execution within a market-leading ECM team in London
• Collaborate with UK and US qualified lawyers on cross-border matters
• Support client engagement and coordination across deal teams

Key requirements

• US Qualified attorney, Class of 2022-2024
• AM100 ECM experience
• PQE 2-4
• Experience in high-profile ECM work
• London-based or willing to relocate (implied)
