Senior Site Manager needed to lead a new build residential scheme in Reading ( circa 40 apartments ) for an award-winning developer. You will act as No.1 on site, steering delivery from inception to completion and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role focuses on traditional build and RC frame construction, with a strong emphasis on leadership and on-site execution. Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery from inception to completion on a 40-apartment scheme
• Manage and motivate full site teams on a traditional build/RC frame project
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards (First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS)
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain schedule, quality, and budget
• Bring strong construction knowledge to drive site efficiency and problem-solving

Key requirements

• Proven No.1 on site with a track record of delivering new build residential schemes
• Experience delivering RC frame and traditional build apartments
• Experience with reputable housebuilder
• Strong man management skills and leadership capability
