Technical Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end technical delivery for the M&E Single Operating Model programme, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring timely, high-quality integration between the M&E booking platform, Dynamics, and related finance systems. You will align technical delivery with business goals, working with cross-functional teams across Corporate Technology and global stakeholders. The position offers impact in a fast-paced travel technology environment and a clear path to shaping multi-system integrations at scale. You will be a key driver of delivery excellence, governance, and stakeholder alignment across the programme.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of the M&E Single Operating Model programme
• Plan, coordinate and execute technical workstreams to schedule and standard
• Oversee integration between M&E operational platform and Dynamics and finance systems
• Coordinate dependencies across Content & Workflow, Platform Services, Data, and Reporting
• Act as central point of accountability for technical delivery across the programme
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to translate requirements into delivery outcomes
• Engage with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment

Key requirements

• Proven technical delivery or programme management experience
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery expertise and Azure DevOps experience
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Self-driven, collaborative, and accountable approach
• Nice to have: experience integrating operational platforms with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
• Experience in corporate travel, Meetings & Events, or related technology sectors
• Knowledge of finance, invoicing, or back-office systems
• Degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field
