In this Senior Site Manager role, you will lead education-sector projects from new build to refurbishment, ensuring delivery within scope and budget. You’ll manage on-site teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and uphold rigorous HSEQ standards across projects up to 5m in value. Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery of education projects (new build and refurbishment) up to 5m in value
• Manage project programme, quality, safety, and compliance on site
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee site logistics, site welfare, and site documentation/paperwork
• Ensure adherence to 2-stage D&B procurement processes
• Mentor and manage site teams to achieve targets and maintain performance
• Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management
• Maintain high standards of client-facing professionalism and relationship management

Key requirements

• Experience on education projects for a reputable main contractor
• Delivery of new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m in value
• Understanding of 2-stage D&B procurement
• Strong Health & Safety focus and paperwork discipline
• Presentable with excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent man-management and leadership abilities
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certification
