Overview

In this role you will design and deliver communication and change management strategies to help organisations transform through change and influence employee behaviour. You will act as a project manager and key contributor, producing print and digital content and coordinating with cross‑functional teams. You will translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages and use EX insights to drive measurable client results. You’ll collaborate with senior colleagues and external partners to develop innovative approaches in pension, benefits, wellbeing and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver communication and change management strategies with senior colleagues
  • Draft and create print and digital communications, translating complex concepts into clear content
  • Develop EX and change-related insights, assess risks/impacts, and communicate to stakeholders
  • Translate EX insights into measurable client results
  • Manage day-to-day project coordination with internal, external partners and client contacts
  • Present client deliverables at meetings and build trusted advisor status
  • Contribute to intellectual capital and development of new EX tools/approaches
  • Identify opportunities to develop technical knowledge across industries and human capital areas

Key requirements

  • Experience in communications, employee engagement and/or change management in a client-facing or consulting setting
  • Pensions or member engagement experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Awareness of current trends in digital channels, social media and AI, with a willingness to apply them for clients
  • Change mindset with understanding of behaviour change and audience engagement; strong creative problem-solving and ability to produce clear, engaging content
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, work at pace and deliver high-quality output
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-performance consulting environment; proactive, self-starting and collaborative
  • Experience collaborating across disciplines and with designers/agencies on print and digital communications
  • Ability to analyse, organise and interpret information to support clear recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
