In this role, you will shape pricing strategy and analytics for the Asset Servicing Pricing Team in Manchester or London. You will translate analytical requirements into commercial insights, set pricing benchmarks, and govern pricing with robust processes. You’ll drive AI-led modernization of BAU, automate tasks, and ensure reliable model lifecycle management. Responsibilities
- Develop pricing frameworks, approval processes, and escalation models
- Translate analytical requirements into commercial insights with cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to establish pricing benchmarks and guard rails
- Support costing out and implementation of new services into pricing models and fee schedules
- Own business outcomes with strong governance around pricing and margins
- Maintain KPI capture and management information hygiene
- Lead and support modernization of BAU through AI and data science, including automation and MLOps practices
Key requirements
- High attention to detail
- Structured approach to work
- Advanced Excel & data visualization skills (Power BI and/or Tableau)
- SQL experience preferred but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in financial accounting, economics preferred
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis in a business setting preferred
