Responsibilities
- Advise on development and investment real estate transactions for a diverse client base (retail, leisure, healthcare, energy, lenders, charities, funds, corporate occupiers)
- Contribute as a key member of a specialist real estate team
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver transaction outcomes
- Support complex matters through to completion, including structuring, negotiations, and due diligence
- Operate in a high-performance, collaborative environment within a top-tier firm
Key requirements
- PQE 3–7
- experience in development and investment real estate
- solicitor/qualified lawyer in relevant jurisdiction
- full-time, permanent role
