Overview

As Consumer PR Lead, you will shape how millions in the UK, Germany, and future European markets experience the Chase brand through innovative earned media. You’ll bridge brand, marketing, and product teams to translate business goals into compelling PR campaigns that resonate with consumers and win top-tier media attention. You will own the strategy for integrated consumer PR, ensuring brand moments are amplified across markets and partnerships. This role offers growth as Chase expands in Europe, with opportunities to scale campaigns and develop localised narratives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated consumer PR campaigns to boost brand awareness in the UK and Germany
  • Co-create a compelling brand narrative aligned with Chase values, products, and business goals for a broad audience
  • Maximise earned media value from sponsorships through creative activation and multi-year approaches
  • Manage external PR agencies with clear briefs, KPIs, and milestone delivery
  • Collaborate with the wider international team to produce quarterly PR plans, messaging, and performance reports
  • Partner with internal communications to amplify major campaigns internally and drive employee participation
  • Coordinate with firm-wide partners to align consumer PR with corporate narrative and priorities
  • Lay groundwork for consumer PR in future European markets with scalable frameworks and media relationships

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience in consumer PR with a track record of high-impact campaigns
  • Established relationships with consumer and lifestyle journalists in UK/Europe
  • Ability to integrate PR strategies with broader marketing and brand plans
  • Experience directing external PR agencies, setting briefs, and measuring results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
