Supply Chain Performance Analyst

Overview

In this role you will optimise transport routes and pricing to reduce costs while supporting hauliers’ efficiency. You will track price fluctuations, analyse market drivers, and advise the Haulage Manager on pricing opportunities. Your work ensures the pricing matrix stays accurate and forward prices reflect inflation. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to enhance transport performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise transport routes with hauliers to minimise costs and boost efficiency
• Identify opportunities where hauliers win or lose new routes and support back hauls
• Monitor haulage pricing fluctuations and analyse market trends affecting costs
• Provide pricing insights to the Haulage Manager on movements and opportunities
• Maintain accuracy of the pricing matrix and project future prices in line with inflation and market drivers
• Monitor actual vs. planned costs and support delivery of pricing strategy
• Support continuous improvement through data-driven insights

Key requirements
