Overview

In this Healthcare Advisory role you help clients achieve strategic goals through M&A and financing solutions. You will work within a team that combines industry insight with a global network to advise healthcare companies, PE firms and entrepreneurs. You lead analyses, develop models, and contribute to client materials with an independent, long-term perspective. The opportunity focuses on shaping advisory outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-border environment with a trusted adviser mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple transactions with cross-functional teams from opportunity evaluation to execution
• Lead preparation of financial and economic analyses, models, and client-facing documents
• Identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co Global Advisory and propose strategic ideas for clients

Key requirements

• Prior advisory or investment banking experience with healthcare focus
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial modeling and valuation
• Ability to lead teams and build effective cross-geo relationships
• Proven ability to manage client presentations, projects, and transaction execution
• Experience handling multiple fast-paced projects to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial and regulatory environment around M&A
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
