Mechanical Engineer

Overview

In Berkshire, you will lead mechanical and HVAC design for commercial fit-out and regulated facilities, supporting projects from 5M to 25M. You’ll contribute to pre-construction and design, shaping systems and coordination with installation teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. You’ll produce RAMS and technical documents using REVIT/CAD, and participate in off-site testing and procurement activities. This role offers impact across sectors, collaboration with tier-one partners, and a clear path to influence project outcomes. Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical, HVAC and ductwork systems
• Prepare RAMS and technical documents
• Perform off-site research and testing
• Oversee quality control
• Coordinate design and installation with on-site teams
• Prepare estimations and handle variations
• Support procurement activities

Key requirements

• Experience in mechanical/HVAC design for大型 commercial/MEP projects
