Senior FP&A Lead (Renewable Energy)

Overview

In this role you will own Financial Planning and Analysis for renewable assets and related commercial accounting. You will partner with operations heads and the CFO to drive commercial thinking and strategic financial reporting. You will present insights to senior stakeholders and lead a growing FP&A function. This is a high-impact, newly created position in a fast-growth business at an exciting stage of scale and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Business partnering with operational leaders
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assets
• Report on project performance and financial metrics
• Strategic presentation of financial information to exec team
• Manage and grow the FP&A team
• Ad hoc strategic and analytical projects

Key requirements

• Qualified finance professional (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with commercial experience
• Strong technical accounting acumen
• Ability to analyse, interpret and present financial information
• Proven experience in a commercial/energy sector environment
