Senior Financial Analyst (UK) Evoke

Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Inizio you will deliver advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decisions. You will own the end-to-end monthly reporting for assigned agencies or units, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. You will lead forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis to enable commercial decisions. You will partner with finance professionals and leadership to improve reporting quality and drive data-driven performance. Responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial reporting package for assigned agencies or business units
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of P&L, balance sheet and KPIs
• Produce insightful management reports and provide commentary on performance, risks and drivers
• Review data prepared by Global Finance Services and Financial Analysts for quality and consistency
• Lead forecasting for revenue, margin, utilisation, headcount and Opex
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for commercial decisions
• Prepare business cases and investment analyses as needed
• Analyze profitability by client, project and business unit and recommend improvements
• Drive automation, tool enhancements and data quality to improve reporting efficiency

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
• Experience in professional services, consulting or project-based environments preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems; Power BI or Tableau advantageous
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Comfort working in a global matrix organization
