Loss Prevention Analyst

Overview

In this role you will identify and analyse loss drivers across Frasers Group, supporting prevention strategies and reporting to senior management. You will partner with multiple departments to optimise processes, monitor compliance, and assist investigations when required. The position sits at the intersection of data analysis and retail security, helping to safeguard the business while enabling efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Analyse data to identify trends and irregularities related to loss or shrinkage
• Prepare regular reports for senior management
• Work with other departments to implement preventative strategies
• Monitor systems and processes for compliance and efficiency
• Support investigations into loss incidents where required

Key requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools)
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with various business software
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in retail, logistics, or security is a plus
