As a Residential Property Solicitor in Bristol, you will manage the full conveyancing lifecycle for a range of clients, from inception to post-completion. You’ll contribute to both standard and high-value matters, including freehold/leasehold transactions, remortgages, and lease extensions, while supporting senior colleagues on complex cases. The role blends independent practice with collaborative teamwork in a supportive firm culture. Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of residential property transactions from inception to post-completion
- Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Assist with remortgages and lease extensions
- Support senior members on high-net-worth transactions, shared ownership, and new build developments
- Work independently within a conveyancing team
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver client-focused legal services
Key requirements
