Responsibilities

• lead delivery of complex, long-term care for patients with chronic or degenerative conditions
• create a long-term, stable and therapeutic environment to support patient outcomes
• maintain day-to-day quality of life for patients with more severe conditions
• balance budgets and develop strategies for person-centred care
• lead with a focus on patient needs while coordinating with operations, marketing/PR, recruitment, staffing and training

Key requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• significant management experience
