Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, including Private M&A, acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures
• Draft and negotiate SPAs, investment agreements, and shareholders’ agreements
• Manage and support due diligence processes
• Advise on transaction structuring, legal risk, and commercial strategy
• Lead discrete workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Support partners with client relationship development and business development
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers as appropriate

Key requirements

• 2–5 years PQE gained at a leading UK or international firm
• Strong Private M&A experience with Private Equity exposure advantageous
• Excellent drafting skills and strong commercial awareness
• Experience managing transactional workstreams with appropriate supervision
• Strong organisational and project management skills
