Overview

In this role, you will manufacture and assemble high-performance composite components for motorsport applications. You will work in a precision-driven production environment, following detailed engineering instructions and safety standards. You’ll operate autoclaves and tooling, contributing to the delivery of top-quality parts for demanding performance targets. Responsibilities

• Manufacture composite components and assemblies for motorsport applications
• Perform composite laminating to engineering specifications
• Prepare, manufacture, and maintain mould tooling
• Operate autoclaves and related equipment
• Ensure work complies with processes and safety requirements
• Support other manufacturing teams as workload demands
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping

Key requirements

• Proven composite laminator experience in motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or similar high-precision environment
• Strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes and techniques
• Ability to read engineering instructions and process documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, proactive with ability to prioritise and take initiative
