Overview

In this role you will partner with a sales team to demonstrate how Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform can transform client businesses. You will engage with delivery and development teams to tailor proposals and support smooth onboarding of new clients. The position blends technical and functional storytelling to address client problems and drive win opportunities. You’ll operate in a Microsoft Partner environment focused on CRM/ERP implementations and client success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver client presentations and seminars
• Explain how D365/Power Platform solves client problems using analysis
• Provide technical/functional content for sales tenders
• Coordinate with delivery and development teams to support project delivery

Key requirements

• Microsoft Partner experience
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
• 3+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 pre-sales
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE/Power Platform/PowerApps
