Overview
In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead the delivery of high-profile schemes within a well-established real estate and construction consultancy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional design and construction teams to align on objectives and schedules, ensuring successful project outcomes. The role sits at an exciting growth phase, offering exposure to diverse sectors across public and private clients. You will drive risk management, planning, and stakeholder engagement to shape delivery across industrial, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee project completion
- Develop action plans including schedules, resources, and work plans
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to meet project objectives
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans with the PM team
- Manage inputs from a diverse set of stakeholders
Key requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in real estate services or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven ability to deliver completed projects and manage stakeholders
