EMEA Risk and Compliance Manager

Overview

As EMEA Risk & Compliance Manager, you will strengthen risk management across our expanding EMEA business and lead the rollout of a new Enterprise GRC platform. You’ll partner with Finance, Legal, Technology, Operations and Project Management to embed a proactive risk culture and support smarter business decisions. You will shape risk frameworks, drive compliance with sanctions, anti-bribery and travel regulations, and provide meaningful risk insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities

• Lead development and embedding of the EMEA Risk Management Framework
• Drive implementation and adoption of Enterprise GRC system across the region
• Facilitate risk workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Identify, assess and report key risks, incidents and emerging threats
• Deliver risk insights and reporting to senior leadership
• Support business continuity, resilience and governance initiatives
• Champion compliance with fraud, anti-bribery, sanctions and travel-related regulations
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies

Key requirements

• Proven risk management and/or compliance experience in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks
• Experience delivering workshops, training and stakeholder influence
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills
• Experience with GRC systems or risk management platforms
• Commercially minded, collaborative approach with ability to manage competing priorities independently
