Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management from inception to completion across the project lifecycle
• Prepare feasibility estimates and cost plans with minimal supervision
• Manage contract procurement, tender documentation, and value engineering
• Oversee risk management, dispute resolution, and final accounts
• Foster client relationships and uphold the firm’s premium service profile
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to performance management and technical networks

Key requirements

• Experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts (PSC and ECC)
• Experience in multi-organisation, collaborative teams
• Experience within a client organisation or through secondment/colocation is beneficial
• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Accredited MRICS (or working towards)
