In this role you will help drive end-to-end digital transformations for client organizations, applying a strong technology focus within a consulting setting. You will join a small team of consultants to deliver value across business, technology, process and people, shaping strategic recommendations and supporting implementation. Responsibilities
- Shape and drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, process and people
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations
- Present results to client management and help implement recommendations with client teams
- Engage in ongoing training and receive coaching and mentoring
- Leverage structured apprenticeship programs and partner guidance to grow career
Key requirements
- 2:1 or higher in a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science, mathematics, AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, etc.)
- Functional knowledge of digital tech, IT, and business strategy
- Proven leadership experience (work or extracurricular)
- Ability to collaborate across levels in an organization
- Strong communication of complex ideas
- Willingness to travel
