Overview

In this role you will support the EMEA Payroll Central Team by ensuring accurate monthly payroll data and timely deliveries. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to submit changes and review outputs, while maintaining controls and regulatory compliance. The role offers exposure to payroll transformation projects and cross-country collaboration in a global, service-oriented environment. You will help shape reliable payroll processes and data quality, contributing to the employee experience across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, control and validate payroll inputs (fixed and variable elements)
  • Participate in Payroll Transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with local in-country teams to deliver accurate payroll on time
  • Handle queries from employees, managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify risks and ensure controls and regulatory checks are followed
  • Perform post-payroll tasks and deliver reports to downstream users
  • Liaise with external vendors and government authorities
  • Review processes, maintain documentation and controls
  • Contribute to payroll process improvements and payroll projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

Key requirements

  • Experience in operational data management
