Lead Product Manager

Overview

As a Lead Product Manager at Valtech, you drive the strategy and delivery of complex digital products. You lead cross-functional teams, align product direction with client objectives, and champion AI-enabled approaches to improve outcomes. You’ll shape practice strategy, mentor peers, and contribute to business development while delivering high-impact, commercially viable solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead across complex and ambiguous agile projects and programmes spanning multiple teams
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, strategists and senior client stakeholders to define product strategy and priorities
• Ensure products meet business objectives, deliver user value, and have strong business cases
• Guide other Product Managers and the wider delivery team within a programme
• Participate in pitching, proposals, and business development; contribute to practice strategy and coaching
• Embed AI into daily product management practice and help design/deploy AI-powered products for clients and users
