Responsibilities
- Advise on estate planning and draft wills and trusts for HNW and international clients
- Provide inheritance tax and capital gains tax guidance
- Support business owners with pre-exit planning
- Advise on creation, management and winding up of trusts with Trust Management team support
- Liaise with financial planners on a broad range of financial products
- Advise on deeds of variation, discretionary trusts and loan arrangements
- Attend networking events, webinars and speaking engagements to raise profile
- Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term trusted relationships
Key requirements
- At least 4 years’ PQE in private client work with strong wills and lifetime planning experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for private wealth and diverse client base
- Attention to detail and practical, solutions-driven advice
- Ability to handle complex matters and seek guidance when needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
